I am so happy, so relieved and so grateful for your amazing words and your teaching throughout the course. I have learnt so much and I am so grateful for the positive difference you have made during this learning experience.

Introduction to Counselling Student

Kelly supported my learning in a approachable and down to earth manner. She imparted her own knowledge and personal experience of the counselling relationship whilst communicating the underlying theories and good practice. Appropriate guidance and constructive feedback from her helped me to evaluate areas to build upon. I'm applying some of what I've learnt already in my workplace and other areas of life having gained confidence in how I apply listening skills to support both day to day interactions and some  challenging situations. Though at times it can seem daunting setting out on the first steps of counselling skills training, Kelly appeared to give time to each and every member of the learning group and made the sessions relevant and interesting...and we all passed!
